2021 Pittsburgh Indoor Showcase (Sunday)
Andrew Marcello is a 2022 OF/ with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Pittsburgh, PA who attends Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Medium, lean frame. Ran the 60 yard dash in 6.84 seconds. Has a slightly open stance in the box along with a high back elbow setup. Showed a compact stroke and really gets off his back side during the swing. Does a good job of attacking pitches out front. In the OF he was clocked up to 93 MPH on his throws and his speed allows his to cover some ground in the field. Still developing his accuracy but it's a very live arm from the OF. Named to 2021 Pittsburgh Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List. Great student.
