Lucas Phinney is a 2025 OF/3B with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from San Ramon, CA who attends California. Long and lean build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.29 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, charges the ball hard and gets his glove down early out front, long wrapped arm action with a high energy release on his throws, made on line accurate throws. Right handed hitter, has a simple high contact swing, stays short and down and through the ball, consistent mid field to opposite field barrels, approach worked well in the games, raw bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength. Good student.
