2023 PG Underclass All-American Games
Adanel Baptista is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Southeastern Preparatory Academy. Medium build with present strength, especially in the lower half. Right-handed hitter, medium even base with hands set high, leg lift load, present bat speed and drops the barrel into the slot early, showed pull-side power when he gets extended and works gap to gap in the approach. Good strength to the hands and the ball comes off the bat hot. Primary outfielder, charges in hard, one hand gather on the side of the frame, easy athleticism on display and carries the weight through nicely, strong and accurate arm shown, recorded throws up to 89 mph. Ability to play multiple spots defensively with combination of athleticism and arm strength. Great student.
