Jacob Kranawetter is a 2023 RHP/ with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Wildwood, MO who attends Lafayette. Taller athletic build. Primary right-handed pitcher, works exclusively from the stretch. with a belt high leg lift. Clean arm action with a three- quarter arm slot and longer stride down the mound. Consistently lands on line to the plate and is an efficient mover. Solid arm speed for the age. Consistent release point on the fastball that was around 82-85 that he was able to locate to all parts of the zone. Feel for spinning the slider which was mid- 70s and spun with over 2500 RPM regularly with late sharp break and depth sweeping across and out of the zone. Showed feel for a change-up that he was able to kill spin on and locates with fading action. Quality three pitch mix that he can locate and has a feel for changing speeds.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
