Braeson Estilette is a 2028 1B/RHP/2B with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Carencro, LA who attends Lafayette Christian Academy. Medium athletic build. Primary right handed pitcher, starts his delivery with an exaggerated side step and a big leg kick out, multi-part delivery that he holds together well, mid to low 3/4's arm slot, lands a bit open out front, arm action has some looseness and whip. Fastball topped out at 72 mph with nice running action, did a good job of throwing strikes with his fastball. Mixed his pitches consistently but still developing consistency between his pitches, arm slot is conducive to a slider over a curveball, killed the spin on his change up well. 8.31 runner in the sixty. Played infield when not on the mound and showed his athleticism well, good lower half balance and actions with active feet, made accurate throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a very spread stance, loose and extended swing, has some hand quickness and flashed some carry to left center field when squared up, swings with intent. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
