Juice Tate is a 2027 SS/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Columbus, MS who attends New Hope. Nice young athletic build with very good strength for his age. 7.69 runner in the sixty, speed played up in the games on defense and on the bases. Primary shortstop on defense but all his actions and tools point to him being an outfielder in the future. Has clean actions at the ball in the outfield, long and loose arm action that creates very good carry for his age. Has good athleticism in the infield, arm action is much more compact with less carry. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance, loose and extended swing with present bat speed, hands work very well, stays on plane a long time, showed the ability to get the ball in the air with carry, high ceiling bat potential. Excellent student. Named to the 13U/14U Fall Gulf Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
