Ferdinand Rosa is a 2024 MIF/OF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Toa Alta, PR who attends American Military Academy. A lean frame and compact build. Athleticism present. Ran a 6.76 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder who worked out at the position with higher throws across the diamond at 83 mph. Had a clean gather that funneled well into the throws before releasing across the diamond. As an outfielder he fields it as he's charging with some aggression and carries momentum through it well. The glove works, and the ball comes out on a good flight. There's some whip to the arm with throws from a lower slot at 84 mph. A right-handed hitter who has a simple operation in the batters' box. He's able to move forward through contact and keep the hands on it to produce solid contact. Clean stroke through contact that produced an exit velocity of 80 mph during PG Tech testing. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
