Evan Stramanak is a 2027 C/RHP/OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Coconut Creek, FL who attends North Broward Prep. Young athletic build with some present strength. Left handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance, aggressive swing with good bat speed, turns the barrel well and has strength in his hands, was on time and on barrel in the games and showed his power and ability to drive the ball well. 7.82 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up in a wide stance, step by step segmented actions, long and loose arm action with some carry on his throws, made accurate throws. Also worked out in the outfield. Took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch with the same long and loose arm action, long stride out down the mound. Fastball worked up to 77 mph, slider showed some promise when he was landing it for strikes. Bat is his best present tool. Very good student.
