Jake Underbakke-Hennessy is a 2025 3B/RHP, OF with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Cresco, IA who attends Crestwood. Long and lean build with projection for the future. Ran the sixty yard dash in 8.00 seconds. A primary 3B who showed soft hands to both sides of his body. His top throw across the infield was clocked at 64 mph while from the outfield his top throw was 60 mph. At the plate he hits out of a slightly open stance with a high hands and back elbow setup. Flat bat path through the zone along with an all-fields approach. On the mound he throws out of a 3/4 arm slot. His FB topped out at 67 mph with late arm side running action. Also showed a breaking ball that flashed bite to it. Great student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
