Andrew H. Sanchez is a 2024 OF/1B with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Lynwood, CA who attends Warren. Medium, compact build with obvious strength in the frame. Ran a 7.57 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, quick footwork working through grounders well, carries the weight through nicely, fundamental actions and gathers with one hand on the side of the frame. Compact arm action to a high three-quarters release point, online throws recorded up to 81 mph. Right-handed hitter, narrow base and slightly open stance with high hands and a high back elbow. Knee lift trigger stride, short swing and stays direct with the path to the baseball, tons of strength off the barrel and peppered both gaps with liners. Good overall round and showed off the power throughout. Good student.
