Deacon Turpin is a 2027 MIF/OF with a 5-5 110 lb. frame from Wesley Chapel, FL who attends Cypress Creek. Smaller frame with a very lean build. Ran an 8.64 second 60-yard dash. Primary middle-infielder, solid athlete, moves around the infield well and shows good range laterally while staying fluid and showing solid throws across. Also worked out in the outfield, plays back on it a bit, loads a bit into his throws and shows a slight uphill release to add carry on throws. Righthanded hitter, even stance and stays tall, works longer through the zone but able to get extended out front, has developing bat speed and will improve results with added strength physically.
