Thomas Conroy is a 2026 OF/LHP/1B with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Bayville, NJ who attends Point Pleasant Beach. Young, long, lean build with tons of physical projection remaining to be added throughout his frame. 7.17-second runner during the sixty. Primary outfielder, works behind the ball with methodical footwork, fielding off his front foot. Short, compacted arm action with accurate throws to the bases, working up to 73 mph as his is continuing to develop arm strength. Secondary left-handed pitcher, starting from the third-base side of the rubber, works with belt-high leg-lift, remaining on line to the plate. Comes from an over-the-top slot, tunneling his fastball-curveball arsenal well. Up to 72 mph with his fastball, filling the zone as he worked in all four quadrants of the zone. Also took reps at first, fielded out in front with deliberate footwork while still improving foot speed and feel for actions around the bag. Left-handed hitter, sets up with a slightly open and balanced stance. Downhill plane flashing some impact to the pull side when on time. Rotational lower half, having a tendency to get stuck on his backside. Produced some loud barrels when he got the bat head out. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
