Christopher Richards is a 2028 3B/RHP, 1B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Denham Springs, LA who attends Live Oak. Physical frame with strength throughout. Ran a 8.79 in the sixty yard dash. Primary third baseman, deliberate foot work to the ball, clean funnel, made accurate throws across the diamond. Also worked out at first base, fields the ball with two hands out front, made quick turns on throws to second base. Secondary right handed pitcher, wide set up in the wind up with an abbreviated leg kick, sits deep into his legs driving down the mound, lands slightly cross body, medium arm circle to a high 3.4 slot, hides the ball well behind him, fastball has some arm side run up to 66 mph. Right handed hitter, extra wide set up with a low hand set up, developing bat speed from a linear path, rotational upper body driven swing.
