Caleb Authement is a 2026 RHP/C, 3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Monticello, MS who attends Brookhaven Academy. He ran a 7.85 second sixty. A versatile defender, behind the plate he showed a stronger arm with developing transfer skills as he moves into the throw gaining little ground but has arm straight to make up for it recoding a 2.22 second pop time. In the outfield he waits back on the ball fielding it off the left foot with a shorter arm action getting rid of the ball quick while still getting plenty of carry on his throws at 81 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wider base and some bend in the knees using a simple leg lift trigger, he worked best to the middle of the field showcasing some strength in the hands as the ball comes off well when squared up.
