Jackson Steen is a 2026 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-4 189 lb. frame from Keller, TX who attends Keller. Primary third baseman with a larger frame with some room to add strength as he continues to mature. Showed corner infield type footwork with the first step getting around the ball. Made the plays with accurate throws from a longer arm action with average arm strength across the diamond. Showed young footwork around the bag at first receiving the ball deeper on the body with a longer gather working into the throws. Starts with a side step into a belt high leg lift in the wind-up. Works through the delivery with good tempo allowing the arm to be on time from a three-quarters arm slot with a shorter stride down the mound. Fastball sits in the mid 70’s topping out at 78 mph and paired with a horizontal breaking ball in the upper 60’s. Right-handed hitter starts with an open stance using a leg lift trigger to get back to even. Repeat the swing path well with some loft through the hitting zone. Shows some power potential with the hips getting on time with the hands and creating more momentum at impact. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
