2023 PG Underclass All-American Games
Gavin Fien is a 2025 3B/SS, OF with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Temecula, CA who attends Great Oak. Taller and strong frame with an explosive look. A primary infielder, good feet and hands that match. Very confident working through the approach and in the quick transfer and release. Huge arm strength and can make all needed throws with accuracy. Also worked out in the outfield, aggressive to the ball and funnels on the side. Powerful crow hop and the ball explodes out of the hand with 95 mph arm strength. A right-handed hitter, showed some of the quickest hands at the event and stay inside the ball well. He worked the barrel through contact with big intent and the ball came off very hard with big carry to the pull gap. The tools are very loud. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
