Jayke Pineda is a 2029 SS/RHP with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Corpus Christi, TX who attends Veterans Memorial. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build, well-proportioned already. Ran a 7.58 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, really athletic on the dirt with advanced actions and overall feel, good angles laterally and under control to both sides, strong hands and solid arm across, up to 74 and makes it play even better. Also pitches, easy delivery with good length down the mound, works down in the zone and runs the fastball, solid depth on curveball. Right-handed hitter, balanced setup and very clean as a whole, under control process and works the barrel out with ease, good bat speed and extension through impact, minimal wasted movement and projects excellently.
