Avery Williams is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-7 106 lb. frame from Rock Hill, SC who attends York Prepatory Academy. Smaller young build. Right handed hitter, hits from a tight hand load with a high back elbow and a short and direct swing, hits to all fields, barrel path and bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength and physical maturity. 8.86 runner in the sixty. Makes accurate throws in the middle infield with developing arm strength, can work on getting his glove down sooner in his fielding actions. Also pitched, has a mechanically sound delivery that he repeats well, 3/4's arm slot, threw strikes and made hitters swing the bat. Fastball topped out at 61 mph, tended to slow his arm on a soft curveball. Good student.
