Caleb Chai is a 2025 C/RHP, OF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Henderson, NV who attends Coronado. Medium athletic frame. Behind the plate, he sets up low and creates momentum into the transfer and throw. Quick release with strong on line throws to the bases. At the plate, he sets up with balanced stance working into a slight load. Path was linear with average bat speed and occasional gap power. On the mound, he works with traditional wind up that he repeats well. Smooth arm stroke with release out of a cross fire three-quarters slot. Depthy twelve-six breaker displays downer action inducing whiffs. Filled up the zone with both offerings and will benefit from added velocity in the coming years. 7.67 60-yard. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
