Marco Longo is a 2026 SS with a 5-8 130 lb. frame from Spokane Valley, WA who attends University. Posted an 8.40 in the 60 yard dash. Primary SS, medium athletic build with good lateral movements. Showed off fine glove skill to both sides, gathers to throw for now. Understands fielding mechanics, should advance well at the position. Switch hitter, on the left side he start with a narrow open stance using a big leg kick load, has better timing to establish with it slightly cutting off some barrel through the zone. On the right side there is more control and consistency in the swing and timing. He worked opposite field very well with solid bat speed and connection throughout the swing. Good student.

Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
