Cameron Andrews is a 2026 RHP/C/SS with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends St. Ignatius College Prep. Medium frame with physical strength showing. Ran a 7.59 second sixty yard dash. Primary Right-Handed Pitcher, short side step to a belt high lift. Medium stride out landing direct to dish. Higher three-quarter slot release. Consistent controlled actions. Fastball up to 77 mph with feel to work both sides of the dish. Curveball with overhand actions he looks to tilt vertically in the mid-60's. Able to land for strikes. Went right after hitters. Secondary Catcher, sitting up in the stance during drills. Receives it well then works into extra steps during transfer. Arm strength present with a pop time of 2.20 seconds. Secondary Shortstop, sitting back on the baseball before working into it. Short, choppy steps as he scoops it up. Throws up to 71 mph. Right-Handed Hitter, weight on back leg with an open front side. Strides out working into a longer, lofted path. Table setter type approach looking to pepper middle of the field with liners. Good Student.
