Breck Hemphill is a 2028 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Pittsburgh, PA. Solid frame. In the outfield, he waits back to the fileding point where he receives it out front and gathers into uphill release. The throws showed moderate carry with some accuracy present. At first base, the glovework is usable with ability to vary slot and deliver accurate throws to both bases. At the dish, he sets up in a wide spread with open stance. Weight shifts as he fires the hips. Hits off the front side well at times and creates back spun pull side contact. On the mound, its a clean delivery with moderate kick and full arm swing with release from an extended three-quarters slot. Fastball lives arm side with solid run to it. Curveball is a big overhand 1-7 breaker, landed it at times. Some pitchability present to the offering. Attacking zone with whole arsenal. Flashed a changeup at the very end with slight arm side action, missed below the zone but semi-competitive. There's things to like foundationally. 7.64 60-yard

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
