Nikolas Costanzo is a 2026 RHP/1B/OF with a 6-0 135 lb. frame from Newtown, PA who attends Council Rock North. Costanzo worked out from a variety of defensive spots over the course of his day, starting as a primary RHP flashing a lower whippy arm action off the bump with solid downhill extension to ultimately top out at 79 mph. He utilized a stomach high leg lift with overall funk to the operation that made for an uncomfortable AB. The CB displayed developing spin profile effective down in the zone. From both the OF and 1B, Costanzo showcased controlled transfers with arm strength continuing to develop as the frame projects/fills out. Topped out at 83 mph from the OF. Offensively, the righty started from an upright closed stance with a lower hand set that effectively fired through the zone to produce contact back up the middle of the field. He created leverage when on time, posting an exit velo of 76 mph.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
