Jack LoConte is a 2024 LHP/OF with a 5-10 152 lb. frame from Tinley Park, IL who attends Andrew. Medium frame with slender, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.38 seconds. Primary lefthanded pitcher, lengthy arm stroke through the back, creates angle from extended slot, length causes timing issues over front side at times, whippy arm with easy velocity projection, fastball worked 72-80 mph, showed roller curveball as well, developing strike-throwing ability. Hits from slightly open stance, simple stride with linear path, gets barrel out front, covers the plate well, projects with strength. Worked out in the outfield, moves pretty well, clocked up to 80 mph on throws. Very good student.
