Hayes Brodhead is a 2026 RHP/IF/OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Westlake. Young athletic build. Primary right handed pitcher, has a long and loose arm action from a 3/4's arm slot, high leg raise with a short stride out front. Fastball worked in the mid 70's, mostly straight, got over his curveball well in the mid 60's with some downer depth when he kept his arm speed up. Threw strikes and had an effective two inning outing. 7.90 runner in the sixty. Played both infield and outfield when not on the mound, moved through the ball well at both positions and had active and aggressive footwork, got on top of his throws well in the outfield. Right handed hitter, has an active hand load, gets into his hips well to start his swing, swings hard with the beginnings of some bat speed. Good young athlete who will improve in all areas as he gets stronger and has more repetitions.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
