Roch Emanuel is a 2026 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-4 210 lb. frame from Kansas City, KS who attends Piper. Bigger physical frame with present strength. Ran a 7.86 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with some projection on the mound. Threw exclusively from the stretch with a high three-quarter arm slot release. Gets above average extension out front on the upper 70's fastball that topped at 80. Pitch showed some natural cutting action and came in on a steeper downhill plane. Mixed in a slider with short horizontal break low in the zone. Showed some pitch-ability in his outing and the traits with athleticism to add more velo over time. Also worked out in the outfield where fundamental footwork getting to a good fielding position with hands working through the baseball, a clean transfer and solid average arm strength with accuracy to bases. Hit from a narrow and slightly open stance at the plate with hover stride timing. Drops the hands and has an up hill bat path with a clear effort to lift the baseball in the air. Strength based swing with average barrel control and enough present pull side pop to impact the baseball. Some clear two-way ability to develop. Named to Central Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
