Karson Ponder is a 2026 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-4 176 lb. frame from Omega, GA who attends Tift County. Tall lean frame. Semi repeatable delivery with long arm stroke and over the top release. Fastball shows some sink. Forced a bunch of bad barrels by just overloading the strike zone. Strides well down the plane. Lacks some arm speed currently but the body is ultra projectable. Defensively, at first base he shows feel around the bag with clean glove work. At the plate, he sets up tall with straight stance, bat path is short and direct and shows looseness to it as a whole.
