Troy Wilson Jr is a 2025 OF/2B with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends Collins Hill. Smaller, athletic build with room to continue adding strength. Great runner, ran a 6.52 60-yard dash and has a quick first step, swiping multiple bags in game action. Primary outfielder, waits back on grounders, glove gets down early and fields with one hand on the side of the frame, full arm action in the back to a three-quarters release point, works through grounders well and carries momentum. Ball comes out of the hand well, throws have carry to the bag, recorded throws up to 81 mph with more arm strength coming as he adds strength. Right-handed hitter, high hands and a high back elbow set in the stance, short stride out into contact, level swing with ability to impact to both gaps. Showed ability to get the barrel extended in game action, twitch in the hands. Swung it well in game with multiple extra base hits. Good student. Named to 2023 Southeast Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
