Nathan Hinek is a 2026 SS/RHP, C, MIF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from New Berlin, WI who attends New Berlin West. Recorded a 7.19 second sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher has a projectable frame with lots of room to grow. Sits behind the dish with a slightly turned and upright base. Hinek receives the ball and transfers behind his head, throwing to second base at 72 mph with a pop time of 2.14. Also taking ground balls in the infield showing developing glove actions with good footwork while accurately throwing 78 mph. Right-handed hitter steps in the box with an even base, high hands, and high back elbow with a simple short stride that is very repeatable. Hinek has a clean path to the ball and displays good barrel control as he works the ball with a line drive swing developing good backspin on the baseball. Excellent student.
