Cooper Charkatz is a 2024 OF/2B with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from North Potomac, MD who attends The Bullis School. Charkatz works from a lean medium build with additional room to fill out in the future. Working exclusively from his primary OF spot, he showcased athletic movements with an aggressive direct approach through the baseball carrying the momentum well downhill through release. Arm strength is present up to 80 mph with further velocity potential coming with physical development. Offensively, Charkatz started from the right box with a traditional even base and compact hand set producing pull side line drive contact. He controlled the barrel well and repeated the stroke for consistent impact. Ran an impressive 6.84 sixty yard dash. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
