Ryan Garvey is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Westfield, MA who attends Pope Francis. Recorded a 7.30-second 60-yard dash time. Compact, athletic build with tons of room to fill out as he continues to mature physically. Primary left-handed pitcher, worked from a lower 3/4 arm slot with advanced pitchability for his age. Uses his entire frame to stride down the mound, as he commanded the zone well. Worked his fastball up to 75 mph, pairing it with a slider he was able to land for strikes in various counts. Secondary outfielder, passive approach to the ball with methodical actions. Quick arm with accurate throws to the bases, up to 75 mph. Left-handed hitter, closed stance with a high-hand set. Sprayed some line drives throughout the entire field. Uses a leg-lift-trigger to start operation, generates tons of bat speed for his age. Projects more on the mound and will continue to progress as he adds strength. Excellent student. Names to Northeast Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
