Canyon Kiernan is a 2027 1B/RHP, 3B, OF with a 5-4 130 lb. frame from Basehor, KS who attends Basehor-Linwood. Smaller squared frame. Ran a 9.10 60-yard dash. Versatile defender, worked out in the outfield, infield and at first base. Has some fundamental footwork and clean glove actions at all three spots with developing arm strength. Nice job of getting the hands out front and funneling the baseball when in the infield. Hit from a slightly open stance at the plate, developing strength in the swing, creates some hand separation and takes a direct hand path to the baseball and a level bat path through the zone. Showed some ability to handle the barrel and use the whole field.
