Jaydan Herrera is a 2025 C/1B with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Goodyear, AZ who attends Paradise Honors. Features a big, physical build with some strength present. Ran an 8.65 60-yard dash. Primary catcher. Uses a side saddle setup behind the plate. Gains a fair amount of ground out of crouch. Throws with intent. Still developing consistent body control throughout the release. Recorded a 2.14 second pop time. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an even base stance into a moderate leg kick timing mechanism. Swings on a direct path with an approach geared toward the pullside. Flashed the ability to create loft at times. More power will come as the bat speed continues to develop. Good student.
