Has good athleticism behind the plate, moves well side to side and has some bounce out of his crouch, stays low and flexible, advanced footwork for an eighth grader, good arm strength, stands out defensively for his age. Right handed hitter, hits from narrow open stance with a toe tap trigger, late to close at times, has quickness in his hands with a line drive middle of the field approach, finishes loose and extended out front. Good young athlete with some skills. Good student.
