Andrew Hardy is a 2023 C/2B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Pell City, AL who attends Pell City. Recorded a 7.60 second 60-yard dash time. Primary catcher with a medium build and slender frame. Hard worker behind the plate with solid setup and ability to pocket the baseball. Lower stance on throws with one-hop accuracy at 68 mph. Good release with quick feet moving through the ball for a 2.03 pop time. Right-handed hitter with an open stance and wider base start in the box. Early stride to get square with a high back elbow slot. Direct bat-path through the middle of the field after setting the foot down early stride for timing. Line-drive approach with contact swing and developing impact from maturing frame. Excellent student with a 4.0 GPA.
