Bruno Decaro is a 2025 RHP/1B with a 5-11 140 lb. frame from Brooklyn, NY who attends Xaverian. As a primary RHP, Decaro worked from a young projectable frame exclusively from the stretch. He threw strikes and was efficient on the mound, letting his defense do the job behind him. As he matures and refines his mechanics, velocity should also increase. From the INF, Decaro showcased the ability to change arm slots and make throws across the diamond. Offensively, he started from an even stance with solid lower half rotation and flashes of line drive contact. Power potential and exit velocity should increase in the future. Ran a 8.28 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
