2021 National Underclass Showcase-Main Event
Coby Tabet is a 2023 OF/ with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ who attends Scottsdale Christian Academy. Athletic build with room for projection in the future. Showed smooth and fluid actions when approaching balls in the outfield, his best throw in from the grass was clocked at 81 MPH and he showed a loose arm. With the bat he hits out of a square stance and does a nice job of getting off his back side throughout his swing. He utilizes a flat bat path through the zone and flashed some pull side juice. Also is a good student in the classroom.

Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
