Alec Bashardoust is a 2024 3B/RHP, 1B with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Loveland, OH who attends Archbishop Moeller. Large frame with long, lean build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.54 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance, narrow base, high back elbow, collapses on backside and creates flat-to-downhill swing plane, middle field approach, limited lift, showed solid strength to center field at times. Worked out in the infield, hands work well through funnel out front, developing footwork/efficiency, clocked up to 80 mph on throws across. Also pitched, showed solid arm speed to 3/4 slot, good sinking life on fastball that touched 80 mph, projects well for continued velocity gains. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
