Braden Mullins is a 2027 MIF/RHP/C with a 5-6 128 lb. frame from Harrison, TN who attends Silverdale Baptist Academy. Young, lean build. Recorded a 8.37 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, step by step actions getting to the spot, fundamentally sound movements, footwork is solid. Showed the ability to change the slot up the middle, young player that has solid feel up the middle, recorded throws across up to 69 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, waist high leg lift, front foot strike lands directly on line with the plate, full arm action in the back to a high three-quarters slot. Loose arm action, fastball heavy diet, pitch has natural cut to it, up to 66 mph (1799 RPM). Also worked out at catcher, high setup in a side saddled stance, stands straight up out of the crouch, short arm action to a three-quarters release, throws were accurate to the bag. Consistent movements, recorded throws up to 62 mph and a pop-time of 2.26. Right-handed hitter, wide and even base, stays short to the baseball, impacted the ball to the opposite field. Works hard to get the barrel inside the ball, bat speed will continue to get better as he gets stronger. Good student.
