Jackson Devore is a 2027 C/RHP, 3B, SS, UT with a 5-6 140 lb. frame from Hixson, TN who attends Chattanooga School for Arts and Sciences. 9.60 runner in the 60-yard dash. Young, bulky build with obvious strength to the frame. Right-handed hitter with a wide base in the stance. Hands are set high and also has a high back elbow, short leg lift trigger, flat path through the zone with young bat speed, worked best as he went to right field. Front side opens up a little early. Primary catcher with a high staggered feet setup, comes out of the crouch slowly, has an efficient exchange, compact arm action to a three-quarters slot. Limited flexibility in the lower half, developing arm strength, was up to 58 mph on throws and recorded a 2.44 pop-time. Secondary right-handed pitcher, starts on the first base side of the rubber, hands drop to belt and back up with the leg lift, high front side as he lands, works over it well, has good direction to the plate. Medium arm circle in the back to a three-quarters release, gets slight arm-side run on fastball, up to 67 mph (1450 RPM) and showed a curveball up to 57 mph (1555 RPM).
