Lane Boswell is a 2022 C/ with a 6-0 215 lb. frame from Springfield, MO who attends Strafford HS. Recorded an 8.00 second 60-yard dash time. Large frame with some present strength throughout the build. Primary catcher with a low and even set and a longer arm path; receives the ball well with some athleticism behind the dish. Gains some ground nicely toward the target and recorded a best pop time of 2.22 seconds down to the bag. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and aggressive swing. High leg lift and swings with intent. Looks to turn the barrel over to the pull side. Has some strength at the point of impact and the key will be finding consistency to unlock that power. Great student.
