Jake Lonardo is a 2026 RHP/1B/IF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Lincoln, RI who attends Xaverian Brothers. Lonardo works from a medium build with additional room to fill out and add strength in the future as a young '26 prospect. Starting from his primary spot on the bump, the RHP displayed a compact delivery with his leg lift coming into the chest flashing a quick arm stroke and over the top slot. He showed the ability to work backwards in counts, flipping in a vertically shaped CB around 2048 rpm. The FB ultimately topped out at 75 mph with further velo potential coming as Lonardo develops. From both the OF and IF, he provided value with accurate throws and quick exchanges, topping out at 78 mph from both spots. Offensively, the righty started from a narrow even base with hover to the leg trigger, flashing compact hand speed through the zone with intent to generate line drive impact to the pull side. Posted an exit velo of 81 mph. Ran a 5.30 forty yard dash. Good student.
