Mace Wheeler is a 2025 C/ with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from El Cajon, CA who attends Valhalla. Medium frame, proportional strength, and space to grow. 8.17 60-yd. Arm strength was the standout tool for the catcher profile able to make accurate throws and utilize a quick transition. Chance to be better as a catcher as he improves the fundamentals and footwork to allow arm strength to play more consistently. Offensively starts with an even base, small kick, and balanced hands. Stayed through the middle of the field well and worked inside the ball with strong batspeed and transfer in weight. Upside available on the overall skills.
