William Bethea is a 2025 3B/2B, SS, MIF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from South Plainfield, NJ who attends St. Thomas Aquinas. Works from a medium compact frame with longer limbs and present athleticism. Primary third baseman, stays light on the feet and works through the baseball well, showcased good lateral range, has a feel for the position, displayed smooth glove actions, arm will continue to develop over time, recorded arm strength up to 82 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, starts in a wider slightly open base with a compact hand set, utilizes a toe tap trigger and line drive stroke, has some present hand speed and a fairly consistent barrel, gets a bit rotational at times, produced hard liners back up the middle and to the opposite field, recorded an exit velocity of 82 mph.
