2023 South Central Prospect Showcase
Noah Munoz is a 2024 1B/LHP/OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Grand Prairie, TX who attends Pantego Christian Academy. Primary first baseman with some physicality to the build showing strength in the lower half. Ran a 7.70 second sixty. Showed some glove actions at first base working low to and through the ball getting it in and out of the glove cleanly with proper footwork to put him in the spots to make all the throws. Switch hitter, uses a rock into contact from the right side as the weight transfers forward with developing bat speed but strength in the hands to create some impact. Similar set up on the left side works with better rhythm to the operation creating more leverage out front at contact with some loft to the bat path giving him an ability to drive the ball to the pull side. Very good student.
