Jack Richardson is a 2027 1B/3B/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Nacogdoches, TX who attends Garrison. Nice athletic build with good present strength, projects well physically. Left handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a rock back load and good lower half shift into contact, has a balanced and fluid swing with present bat speed, has nice hitting rhythm and was consistently on time every trip to the plate, hard line drive contact with the ability to occasionally lift the ball, advanced hitter for his age. 7.38 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, adjusts his arm slot well and makes accurate throws, has good hands fielding the ball, will be fine on defense. Also pitched, has simple mechanics with a long and loose 3/4's arm slot. Threw strikes with a fastball that topped out at 73 mph, also landed a soft curveball. Bat and offensive potential stand out. Named to the 13U/14U South Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
