Michael Rosa is a 2024 OF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Oldbridge, NJ who attends Old Bridge. Recorded a 5.31 second forty-yard dash time. Medium, compact frame with some present lower half strength and plenty of time to fill out. Primary outfielder with anticipatory actions throughout the fielding process. Fields slightly off to the side, gathers cleanly and maintains some momentum into release. Tends to get upright into the throwing motion, recorded developing arm strength up to 68 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from an open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and hanging leg lift trigger for timing. Middle-of-the field approach with line drive swing path and some present bat speed. Incorporates strong lower half effectively, stays in the ground and flashes some whip to his barrel and fairly consistent bat-to-ball skills. Developing young prospect with plenty of projection remaining and some offensive prowess, will continue to improve with additional strength and proper adjustments. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
