Brooks Allen is a 2024 2B/C, MIF with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Andover, KS who attends Andover. Medium size build. Ran a 7.64 60-yard dash. Middle infielder that showed footwork around the baseball, some ability to take angles and developing lateral range, average hands overall that work through the baseball and average arm strength throwing across. Solid routine play maker in the middle infield. Left-handed hitter hit from a medium base with a slightly open stance and toe tap timing at the plate. Rotates with the legs and fires the hands through the zone with some hand speed, steep loft to the swing with some feel for the barrel. Lots of inside out swings that used the middle/oppo part of the field. Showed plenty of developable traits. Good student.
