Conner Grisham is a 2023 RHP/1B, 3B, OF with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Little Rock, AR who attends Joe T. Robinson. Primary right-handed pitcher with a tall frame and solid build. Closed off front side from stretch position starting point. Hands set at waist with slow leg lift pushing the hands up to chest with shorter arm swing behind to get down the slope. High 3/4 arm action with arm-side run on the fastball up to 82 mph. Curveball in the 70 mph range with depth from high slot. Gets over the front side and finishes his pitches, working down in the zone with developing feel for release point. Higher hands set with runners on and mini leg kick getting down the slope. Big-frame right-hander that got stronger with more velocity and sharpness as his outing went on. Right-handed hitter as a secondary corner infielder and outfielder. Recorded a 7.45 second 60-yard dash time. Slightly closed feet in the box with a high back elbow slot. Short toe tap trigger with weight shift to the backside and linear bat path through the zone. Works best through the middle when he stays short to the ball and uses his leverage in frame. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
