Lex Frangis is a 2023 C/RHP/3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Franklin, MA who attends Xaverian Brothers. From behind the dish, Frangis started from a square stance and successfully stayed down on the ball consistently. He posted a 2.20 pop time with time to develop and increase velocity. On the bump, Frangis put the athletic frame to work from a high 3/4 slot and compact arm action. He touched 79 mph with the FB, throwing strikes and letting his defense work behind him. Offensively, Frangis used a slightly open stance to produce contact to the pull side of the field with solid upper half rotation. Power potential should improve with time. Ran a 7.63 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
